Construction Support

S&C’s involvement in the project process does not end with issuance of the final design package. S&C has the skill and expertise to support the construction process by providing bid packages, attending pre-construction meetings, answering questions from the field during construction, and providing field observation of construction activities if requested. S&C can also incorporate “as-built” field markings into the drawings so that the “as-built” condition of the substation is effectively documented.
